Computer Network Support Specialist
Responsibilities: Test and evaluate computer network software and applications to identify causes of problems; Install and test computer software; Analyze network data to determine network usage and provide technical support; Test repaired items to ensure proper operation; Create/revise technical documentation and user instructions/manuals.
Skills Requirements: Demonstrated ability or work experience in complex data analysis, algorithms and data structures, data mining, knowledge discovery, machine learning, big data analytics, mobile application development, Java, C/C++, C#, object-oriented programming model, network-based application development, client/server programming, web services, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, XML, JSON, SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, Matlab, R, and Perl.
Education: Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience as the alternate of a Master’s in Computer/Information Science or related studies. All applicants with suitable combination of education including foreign educational equivalent, training or experience are acceptable for the position.
